Mommy and baby ballet workout, baby wearing ballet class


Thinking of multitasking? That's what we women do best ya? Join our mommy and baby workout/ play class and get a great all over body workout, while bonding with your baby! This class incorporates cardio, strength training for arms and legs and focused abdominal work.

Your baby also get brain stimulation by interacting, being in a gentle movement  similar to when in mummy's tummy. Baby is in a front carrier for the cardio and strength training portion of class. Your baby can be incorporated into the abdominal and floor exercises. 

Bring along front carrier (ergo, baby bjorn), face towel, a bottle of water.

Baby Age: 4 weeks to 1 year

You will be assessed for Diastatis Recti on the 1st lesson. All exercise is customised to help heal & Strengthen (close up) the ab muscle safely.
