For example, we exercise the left brain for getting the logic of the steps combinations; Right brain for interpreting the music and expressing our body in an artistic manner; The upper rear portion of the brain for interpreting spatial relationship; and the lower part of the brain for memorizing the steps.

7) No dress code in adult class. Wear a T-shirt/wrap sweater and sweatpants/a skirt in which you can move freely. As you progress, you may find yourself gaining confidence and shedding pounds- and a layer or two of clothing along with them.

  1. I'm 15 and I don't really know how to dance, but I really wish I could do ballet sessions.. Could I still have a chance to be a good ballerina someday? ;)

  2. Hi Ludovica,

yes! Never too late! To me, you can start at any age, taking up ballet for enjoyment and for workout. Along the way, you will cultivate the poise and elegance. Dance to make yourself happy.

However, if u are talking about becoming a professional ballerina, you need to start really young. Train hard for years, to perfect the art of ballet, to get accepted into a dance company.

    Love, Staph=)

OMG! That's really a relief to hear :D . Thanks Steph and yes, I really want to be good in ballet. I am really upset and I'm starting to wonder why my parents didn't sent me to a ballet school when I was young when all other kids do but since you said we can start at any age, then, you just happen to made my day :)

kisses back and Thanks a lot :)
