Beautiful ballerina dances through pregnancy
Renowned ballerina Mary Helen Bowers has set the internet alight with breathtaking photos of herself in a leotard days before she is expected to give birth to her first child.
With the consent of her doctor, Ms Bowers, who is most famous for working with Natalie Portman for her role in Black Swan, has promised to dance right up until she goes into labour and she has documented her pregnancy in beautiful photos posted to Instagram.
"My instinct has been not only to capture this special time, but (also) to share it with others, too," Ms Bowers told the Huffington Post.
"Pregnancy is magical, I've never felt more connected to my body.
"Looking back I'm so happy that I've taken so many photos and really documented the different stages."
The 33-year-old performed with the New York City Ballet for 10 years and now is behind the Ballet Beautiful fitness company.
She is the trainer responsible for keeping Victoria's Secret models in runway condition and last week posted photos of herself working out with Australian supermodel Miranda Kerr.
